COUNTRY REPRESENTATIVES AND CULTURAL PERFORMERS WANTED FOR MBUSD’S 4TH ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL DAY
We are hosting another International Day on Saturday, October 12, from 2-4 pm in the parking lot of the MBUSD District Office.
We are currently looking for country representatives and cultural performers to participate in this international family friendly and fun event. Last year, we had 35 different countries represented with over 500 visitors! If you or your parents/ancestors are from a foreign country and would like to share your culture with others, this is a great opportunity to do so. We are also looking for Americans in our community to participate in this event and represent their home state/region. Many US regions have such beautiful cultural diversities that we should teach to others. Would you also be interested in performing your traditional dance or music on stage? The community would love to see your artistic talents! If you are interested in hosting a booth representing your country/state/region or if you would like to perform, please contact Ai Sandblom at (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Akiko Ogihara at (email@example.com) by Friday, September 20.
