Robinson's Open House

Thursday, May 24th

All students are welcome to bring their parents to their classroon to view their work. Please remember that students and siblings must be supervised by their parents during this event.

Open House Schedule:
  - PM Kinders: 5:30 to 6:15pm
  - AM Kinders: 6:00 to 6:45pm
  - Grades 1-5: 5:45 to 6:45pm

"Our Children Our Future" and Governor Brown's Budget Initiatives

CA State PTA supports the "Our Children Our Future" ballot initiative authored by Molly Munger. This initiative channels money directly to schools, bypassing Sacramento. Governor Brown has another initiative to increase the state's general fund, which will in turn get additional dollars to education.

It is imperative that something happens to increase education funding. Our MBUSD, thanks to the foresight and planning of our School Board as well as the support of MBEF, PTSAs, and MBUTA will be able to continue our current staffing and program levels in the 2012-13 school year. However, there will be impacts come the 2013-14 school year.

Parents are strongly encourage to educate themselves on both initiatives and support the initiative that best support our schools. For more information, FAQs, and side-by-side comparisons:

Every Wednesday

Save time, reduce traffic, and exercise! Join Robinson's Walking School Bus (WSB) every Wednesday starting Feb 8th. We walk rain or shine. There are 2 routes: John St (Hill) and Ingleside Dr (Sand). See attached map & schedule and permission slip. All students are welcome and encouraged to walk with us - even if your mom/dad/caretaker cannot!
